February 1, 2023 Special Meeting

Call to Order

President Stephanie Guerrero called the special meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.  Board members present were: Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero, Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, and Jeff Stahl. Absent:  Matt Wood.

Administration

Also present:  Superintendent Bob Meadows.

Policy Review

The Board reviewed Press Policy #110.

Board Policies

Josh Hilbert moved and Jessica Browning seconded the motion to approve the Draft Updates of Board Policies: 2:100, 2:105, 2:210, 4:10, 4:140, 4:165, 5:20, 5:220, 5:250, 5:280, 5:320, 5:330, 6:15, 6:20, 6:50, 6:60, 6:65, 6:250, 6:255, 6:260, 6:310, 6:340, 7:50, 7:70, 7:100, 7:180, 7:250, 7:285, 7:290, and 7:340. Roll call vote: Ayes-Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero,  Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, and Jeff Stahl. All voted in favor.  Motion carried.

Martha Leeper moved and Josh Hilbert seconded the motion to approve the Draft Updates of Rewritten Board Policy 5:120. Roll call vote: Ayes-Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero,  Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, and Jeff Stahl. All voted in favor.  Motion carried.

Jessica Browning moved and Jeff Stahl seconded the motion to approve the review of Board Policies: 2:150, 2:250, 3:10, 5:170, 5:190, 5:260, 6:130, 6:270, and 7:10E. Roll call vote: Ayes-Jessica Browning, Lori Campbell, Stephanie Guerrero,  Josh Hilbert, Martha Leeper, and Jeff Stahl. All voted in favor.  Motion carried.

The next regular meeting will be held on February 15, 2023 at 6 p.m.
