Official Transcripts and Verifications
Sangamon Valley CUSD #9 has partnered with Parchment to send high school transcripts electronically, securely, and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.
Current Sangamon Valley students will receive free transcripts during enrollment; although in the rare circumstance that the desired recipient does not accept electronic delivery and your transcript must be mailed, there will be a charge of $2.50.
Alumni will pay $3.15 per electronic transcript, or more depending on how the student wants to have the transcript delivered. For example, alumni could request a transcript be sent USPS and the cost would be $3.15 for the transcript and an additional $2.50 for the postage, the total being $5.65.
