Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of Sangamon Valley Community Unit #9 in the Counties of Macon, Sangamon, & Christian, State of Illinois, that a tentative amended budget for said school district for the year beginning July 1, 2021, will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the Sangamon Valley C.U.S.D. #9 Unit Office in Niantic, Illinois in this school district from and after 8:00am on the 12th day of May, 2022.

Notice is further given that a public hearing on said budget will be held at 6:00 pm on the 15th day of June, 2022, at Sangamon Valley High School in this school district #9.  Those wishing to make public comments during the hearing should contact Superintendent Robert Meadows at 668-2338 to be placed on the agenda.
